Returns & Exchanges

Online Store Policy
All returns and exchanges for any unused, unwashed, or unworn merchandise purchased from our online store must be returned within 30 days of shipment. Items must be accompanied by the original receipt and require original tags or packaging. Returns and exchanges made after 30 days will not be accepted.
Returns from our online store are refunded in the method of original payment once we have received the returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges from our online store will be offered in the case that an item is the wrong size or defective. In the event the item is no longer in stock, the product will be replaced for another item of equal value. Complementary exchange shipping will be provided.
If you receive merchandise from our online store that is damaged, please contact The Pillow Store within 30 days of shipment. We will provide a return shipping label for you to return damaged items. Once damaged merchandise is returned, a full refund will be issued.
Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns and exchanges for any unused, unwashed, and unworn merchandise purchased in-store must be made within 14 days of purchase date, or by the end of the festival, whichever comes first. Items must be accompanied by the original receipt and require original tags or packaging. Returns and exchanges made after 14 days will not be accepted.
Returns will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Purchases made by check will be refunded in cash. In-store purchases cannot be returned by mail. Jacob's Pillow reserves the right to limit the number of returns.
Exchanges will be offered in the case that an item is the wrong size or defective. In the event that the item is not longer in stock, the product will be replaced for another item of equal value. Refunds for defective items will be at the discretion of the Retail Coordinator.
No returns or exchanges for consignment items. That is at the discretion of the vendor.
Items marked clearance are final sale. They can only be exchanged in the case of defect.
